Join Binajasa Sumber Sarana as a Manager QA/QC in our dynamic Food Manufacturing division. We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead quality assurance initiatives and ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. This pivotal role involves overseeing end-to-end quality control processes, implementing HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, and driving continuous improvement in food safety protocols. You'll lead a dedicated QA team while collaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain departments to maintain excellence throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead implementation and maintenance of QA/QC systems compliant with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations
- Manage and develop QA/QC team including training, performance evaluation, and workflow optimization
- Conduct regular audits of production processes, raw materials, and finished products
- Investigate quality deviations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Develop and update quality documentation including SOPs, inspection reports, and compliance records
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality standards for raw materials and packaging
- Monitor KPIs for quality metrics and implement data-driven improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Technology, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC management experience in food manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations and international standards
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent quality management systems
- Proven experience leading cross-functional quality improvement projects
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret quality data trends
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
