Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end Quality Control process for electrical panel and switchboard production.
- Develop and implement robust QC SOPs to ensure 100% compliance with industry safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the QC team to maintain high operational efficiency and product integrity.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, assembly processes, and final finished goods.
- Identify, document, and resolve production defects by implementing effective root-cause analysis (RCA).
- Collaborate with the Production and Engineering departments to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Prepare regular quality performance reports for senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment, specifically electrical panels/switchboards.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, electrical testing equipment, and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for technical detail.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
