Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor quality engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO standards
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Oversee supplier quality audits and vendor management processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and implement preventive measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in quality engineering with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
- Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools
- Certification in Quality Engineering (e.g., CQE, CSSBB) highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
