Join Gistex as our Manager Quality (Garment) and lead our quality assurance initiatives to ensure excellence in garment production. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality systems that meet both international buyer requirements and our company's stringent quality standards.
As a key member of our manufacturing leadership team, you will oversee all quality control processes from raw material inspection to final product delivery. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for producing high-quality garments while continuously improving our production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in garment quality management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of textile production processes. You will work closely with production teams, buyers, and suppliers to ensure that all products meet specifications and exceed customer expectations.

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems for garment production
- Lead quality control teams to ensure all products meet buyer specifications and company standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and improve product quality
- Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and quality standards
- Communicate with buyers regarding quality requirements and resolve any quality-related concerns
- Stay updated on industry quality standards and implement new practices as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in garment quality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of garment production processes and quality control methodologies
- Familiarity with international quality standards and buyer requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools
