Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive power sales strategies for Retail Electricity Supply (RES) and Independent Power Producer (IPP) offerings, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the energy market, including potential clients for power supply and new IPP projects.
- Manage key client accounts and cultivate strong relationships with energy consumers (contestable customers) and industry stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize power supply agreements (PSAs) and other commercial contracts with clients and partners.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes affecting the RES and IPP sectors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and compliance.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for management review.
- Stay abreast of developments in renewable energy technologies and policies, integrating them into strategic planning where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in the Philippine power sector, with significant exposure to Retail Electricity Supply (RES) and/or Independent Power Producer (IPP) operations and sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the energy market.
- In-depth understanding of the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM), Electric Power Industry Reform Act (EPIRA), and relevant energy regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial models, and complex contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
