Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a passion for driving growth? Lotte Global Logistics is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Timur. As a global leader in supply chain solutions, we provide comprehensive 3PL services that empower businesses to scale efficiently.

In this high-impact role, you will be the architect of our market expansion strategy. You will lead business development initiatives, cultivate high-value client relationships, and position Lotte Global Logistics as the preferred partner in the Indonesian market. We are looking for an analytical thinker and an expert negotiator who understands the complexities of the logistics ecosystem and can translate market trends into actionable growth opportunities.

You will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure service excellence and operational alignment. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our commercial operations while working for a top-tier international logistics organization.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the 3PL, warehousing, and domestic distribution sectors.
  • Manage and nurture key account relationships to ensure long-term retention and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Conduct deep market research to monitor competitor activities and identify emerging trends in the Indonesian logistics industry.
  • Coordinate with operational teams to design customized logistics solutions that meet specific client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and proposals to prospective enterprise-level clients.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding aggressive sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL operations, international shipping, and domestic Indonesian logistics networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial KPIs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven organizational culture.
