We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager SCM to lead our supply chain operations and drive operational excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain lifecycle, ensuring the seamless flow of goods from procurement to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, streamline logistics processes, and strengthen supplier relationships. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can identify bottlenecks, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure that our high-quality products reach our customers efficiently and on time. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to meet business objectives and ensure product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory costs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost reduction opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of raw materials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the SCM team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in the FMCG or Food/Bakery industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management systems, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal).
