Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust technology risk management frameworks aligned with global standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on key technology projects, infrastructure, and third-party vendor integrations.
- Monitor and report on technology risk metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities and control deficiencies.
- Lead internal training and awareness programs to foster a strong risk-aware culture across the technology organization.
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity policies, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Manage relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely resolution of technology-related audit findings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in technology risk management, IT audit, or cybersecurity within the financial services sector.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of industry frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and local Indonesian financial regulations (OJK).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical risks into business-impact language.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for cross-functional collaboration.
