PT. MING HONG INTERNATIONAL is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our expanding team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end efficiency of our warehouse operations, ensuring seamless inventory flow, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and logistics management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage inventory levels and fulfillment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the warehouse facility.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining detailed digital and physical records.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and international partners in Mandarin to resolve supply chain issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar supply chain role.
- Mandarin proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with our primary stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of local safety standards and inventory control best practices.
- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
