Woodone Integra Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Sidoarjo. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution. We are looking for a leader who combines strong business acumen with hands-on operational excellence to drive efficiency, ensure top-tier quality, and maximize overall production performance.
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, from raw material intake to final delivery. You will implement process improvements, manage resource allocation, and lead a cross-functional team to meet strict deadlines and safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Overseeing the daily production schedule and ensuring targets are met efficiently.
- Implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve process flow.
- Managing quality control systems to ensure products meet international standards and customer specifications.
- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional production team to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the supply chain and logistics departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Ensuring strict compliance with OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and company policies.
- Preparing regular production reports and analyzing data to identify areas for operational enhancement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and production planning software.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Indonesian driving license.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
