- Oversee entire production lifecycle from planning to execution to ensure timely delivery
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and safety protocols

- Lead and develop production teams through training and performance management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems
- Proven leadership abilities with team management experience
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
