Ming Sui Solusi Indonesia is seeking a proactive Mandarin Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key bridge between our local operations and international suppliers, ensuring seamless procurement processes, inventory accuracy, and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to final delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking vendors to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and inventory documentation.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and improve cost efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any discrepancies regarding quality, quantity, or timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align purchasing needs with operational requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and expenditure.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory for communication with international partners.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or administrative role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
