Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full procurement cycle for sales products and operational supplies
- Source and evaluate suppliers in Mandarin-speaking markets
- Conduct price negotiations and contract management
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery scheduling
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and vendor databases
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Fluent Mandarin (written and spoken) with English proficiency
- Minimum 2 years in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of manufacturing/procurement regulations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
