As our Shipping Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end shipment process, managing critical documentation, and facilitating clear communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily import/export shipping activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with Chinese suppliers, agents, and business partners.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices, and Customs clearance documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and local customs authorities to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Track and trace shipments proactively, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of shipment status and costs for management reporting.
- Ensure all logistics processes align with company safety and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to facilitate direct communication with international stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a shipping, logistics, or import/export role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and shipping documentation.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with logistics management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive professional attitude.
