Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate Mandarin-Indonesian translations for business documents and communications
- Provide bilingual customer support for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings requiring Mandarin language interpretation
- Assist in onboarding Mandarin-speaking staff and training local teams
- Support procurement and logistics teams in supplier negotiations and documentation
- Monitor market trends in Mandarin-speaking regions for business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all bilingual communications and transactions
Kualifikasi
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (oral and written)
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia or English
- Minimum 2 years in Mandarin-speaking customer service or translation roles
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or international trade preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and translation software
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant industry certifications a plus
