Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured rotational program across key departments including Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to gain holistic business understanding.
- Assist senior management in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, market entry strategies, and operational improvements.
- Facilitate effective communication and negotiation with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform business decisions, particularly within emerging markets.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery of assigned tasks.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of processes, demonstrating a keen eye for efficiency and innovation.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, market trends, and departmental performance for leadership review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and verbal) to a professional working proficiency (HSK 5/6 preferred), in addition to strong English and/or Bahasa Indonesia skills.
- Proven leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or previous internships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel and relocate across various locations in Indonesia as required by the program.
