Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary translator/interpreter for business meetings, technical discussions, and daily operational reporting.
- Facilitate clear communication between local staff and Mandarin-speaking management/stakeholders.
- Translate vital documentation, SOPs, and technical manuals from Mandarin to Indonesian (or vice versa).
- Assist in the coordination of cross-departmental tasks to ensure production and logistics targets are met.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and business strategies.
- Provide linguistic support for expats and international clients visiting the facility.
- Prepare periodic reports and status updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Literature, International Relations, or related fields.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification is a significant advantage).
- Strong command of spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
- High level of integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reside in provided company housing in Kabupaten Tangerang.
