PT. MARS INDUSTRI INDONESIA is a growing manufacturing company located in Cipeundeuy, Jawa Barat. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mandarin Speaker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a key linguistic bridge between our local operational staff and our Chinese management team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow across all production departments.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining productivity by facilitating clear, accurate translation and interpretation. If you are fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as an interpreter for meetings, training sessions, and daily operational briefings.
- Translate technical documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication to ensure alignment between departments.
- Assist management in monitoring production workflows and resolving immediate operational issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company data and management discussions.
- Prepare periodic reports and summaries of translated meetings for management review.
- Assist in the onboarding of new expatriate staff regarding local cultural and operational norms.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mandarin Language, Literature, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; HSK level 4 or higher is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle multi-cultural stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing industrial environment.
- Willing to be based in Cipeundeuy, Jawa Barat.
