Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end asset lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
- Design and implement logistics strategies for transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between departments
- Develop and maintain asset tracking systems using ERP/WMS technologies
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian logistics regulations and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with logistics partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or logistics operations
- Native Mandarin fluency (written and spoken) with business-level English proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and logistics analytics tools
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CLTD) or Asset Management preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing teams in manufacturing or industrial environments
