Tanggung Jawab
- Act as a linguistic liaison between Mandarin-speaking partners and Indonesian team members
- Assist supervisor in planning, managing, and executing production operations
- Facilitate clear communication across language barriers in daily operations
- Support in monitoring production processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- Prepare and translate necessary documents, reports, and communications
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations
- Participate in meetings and discussions, providing translation services as needed
- Help maintain accurate records of production activities and communications
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or logistics environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
