Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute dynamic lesson plans tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Deliver high-quality Mandarin language instruction in both classroom and one-on-one settings.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Prepare comprehensive teaching materials, visual aids, and learning assessments.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with parents regarding student development and curriculum goals.
- Organize and manage classroom schedules to ensure efficient workflow.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning atmosphere that encourages student participation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching Mandarin, preferably in a private course or international school setting.
- Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 certification or equivalent proficiency is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teaching schedules.
- Passionate about language education and culturally aware.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team.
