Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate oral and written translation for daily business operations, meetings, and technical documentation.
- Act as a linguistic bridge during site visits, manufacturing inspections, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Assist company leadership with administrative tasks, scheduling, and project-based coordination.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, memos, and official correspondence in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
- Facilitate effective communication between local staff and international stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
- Be available for required business travel as per company operational needs.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional etiquette at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Age between 18 and 40 years old.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is mandatory.
- Hold a recognized certification in Mandarin proficiency (HSK 3, HSK 4, HSK 5, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with strong linguistic capabilities are welcome to apply.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to travel as required by the business.
