You will lead cross-functional improvement projects that directly impact our bottom line, reducing waste, improving lead times, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the production floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to maximize production output and efficiency within the Central Kitchen.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate bottlenecks using Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Design and manage KPIs to monitor performance, cost reduction, and process quality.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards (HACCP/ISO).
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce production waste and optimize energy/resource consumption.
- Mentor and coach production supervisors and staff to build a high-performance, quality-conscious culture.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement departments to ensure seamless material flow and inventory optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the F&B or Central Kitchen sector.
- Proven track record in implementing Lean, 5S, or Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
