In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our production lines, reducing waste, and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies to drive efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory productivity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production performance data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen events to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and evaluate production KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production managers and engineering teams to integrate process upgrades without disrupting current output.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to operational staff on new methods and efficiency-focused best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, ideally in the garment or footwear sector.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and TQM principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or ERP software).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and competent in English.
