Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production leads to streamline workflows and enhance equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Prepare detailed reports on manufacturing metrics, efficiency gains, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for shop-floor personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Ensure that all process changes comply with safety and quality management standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or ERP software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, contract-based production environment.
