Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Proven experience in manufacturing excellence, quality assurance, or operational improvement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and train employees
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
