MC Pet Film Indonesia is currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing (IFC) Slitter Officer to join our high-performing team in Cilegon. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production lifecycle, ensuring that our slitting operations run with optimal efficiency and that our output consistently meets our rigorous quality standards.
As an IFC Slitter Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring of slitting equipment and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, maximize production yield, and ensure that our film products maintain superior quality characteristics. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily slitting (SLT) operations to ensure maximum production efficiency.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on slitting equipment to prevent operational downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement solutions.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure final products meet technical specifications and client requirements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or software-related issues within the slitting process immediately.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed by the production team during machine operation.
- Maintain detailed production logs and report on output, waste reduction, and equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with slitting or converting machinery.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and production schematics.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and OHSAS/K3 safety standards.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based system in the Cilegon area.
