Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met within timelines and budget.
- Direct the PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control) functions to optimize material flow and stock management.
- Lead facility maintenance and infrastructure management to ensure a safe and highly functional work environment.
- Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting professional growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably within the construction or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong expertise in PPIC systems, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Proven track record in driving successful process improvement and cost-reduction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in ERP systems and production management software.
- Willingness to be based in Cikupa, Banten.
