Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize daily manufacturing production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless material flow and inventory management
- Implement and maintain operational safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges in real-time
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management
- Train and mentor junior staff on operational procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and problem-solving
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
