Join Astra Otoparts, a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk and a leading automotive component manufacturer in Indonesia. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the role of Manufacturing Operator at our advanced facility in Bogor, West Java.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for executing production processes strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will actively implement the 5R principles (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) to ensure a safe, efficient, and organized workspace. Operating machinery, performing quality checks, and achieving production targets are core to your daily responsibilities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute production tasks strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Implement 5R principles (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) consistently in the workplace to ensure optimal environment and safety.
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
- Conduct regular Quality Checks (QC) on production output and document the results.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Report work results, potential issues, or machine anomalies to the supervisor promptly.
- Actively participate in Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and discipline in the work area according to 5R and K3 standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education of High School / Vocational School (SMK/SMA) in any major (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering preferred).
- Willing to work in shifting schedules (morning, afternoon, and night rotations) and overtime as needed.
- Physically fit, healthy, with no color blindness.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
- Able to work independently and as part of a solid team.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is an advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Willing to be placed in Bogor, West Java or its surroundings.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety (K3) and product quality.
