- Operate and monitor advanced automated manufacturing equipment for ophthalmic lens and frame production.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production machinery to ensure optimal uptime.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet stringent EssilorLuxottica standards.
- Document production data, machine performance logs, and quality reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations, 5S principles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the setup, changeover, and calibration of equipment for different product runs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance technical skills.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a technical or vocational course in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, or Equipment Technician in a manufacturing environment (experience in automotive, electronics, or medical devices is a plus).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with automated machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) as required by the 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
