Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of machinery to prevent downtime
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements

- Document maintenance activities and production data accurately
- Support quality control measures and defect prevention initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma/certificate in manufacturing engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on manufacturing technician experience
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night rotations
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards (ISO, Six Sigma preferred)
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., PLC, welding) are advantageous
