Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-tech manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Execute production processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Document production activities accurately in batch records and digital management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality Assurance, to troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain a high level of safety and cleanliness in the workspace, adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of equipment for validation and calibration activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and yield.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Science, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in a GMP-regulated industry (Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and safety requirements.
- Ability to perform shift work if required by production schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and digital documentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
