Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to secure consistent cargo volume.
- Coordinate with operations and chartering teams to maximize vessel utilization and minimize downtime.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, freight forwarders, and trade partners.
- Negotiate freight rates and contract terms to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and internal shipping protocols.
- Prepare regular commercial reports on vessel performance and revenue projections for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Marine Commercial, Chartering, or Logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation, bill of lading, and maritime trade practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
