As a Marine Superintendent at PT Temas Shipping, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our maritime fleet. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of maritime regulations, operational excellence, and the ability to oversee complex marine operations across multiple vessels. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency while coordinating with various stakeholders including crew members, technical teams, and regulatory bodies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all marine operations across the company fleet to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices for marine activities
- Monitor vessel performance, maintenance schedules, and technical specifications to ensure optimal operation
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, classification societies, and other maritime stakeholders
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of vessels to ensure compliance with company and international standards
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Coordinate with shore-based teams to ensure seamless integration of marine operations with other business functions
- Stay updated on maritime regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements affecting marine operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or related maritime field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Valid Master Mariner or Chief Engineer certification
- Deep knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and other relevant maritime regulations
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in crew management and development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in maritime safety management systems and operational software
