Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Efficiency: Provide comprehensive administrative and analytical support to the Market Access team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Strategic Execution: Assist in the preparation, coordination, and tracking of market access submissions, pricing strategies, and regulatory documentation.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date databases of market access data and generate regular reports to support executive decision-making.
- Market Research: Conduct preliminary research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights for internal access strategy discussions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory) to ensure alignment on key deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the overall execution excellence of the department.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in Market Access, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM or data management tools is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and prepare clear, concise presentations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
