Tanggung Jawab
- Execute driver acquisition strategies to meet monthly recruitment targets
- Conduct field marketing campaigns to identify and onboard new drivers
- Guide drivers through complete onboarding process until app activation
- Maintain database of qualified driver candidates with regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth driver integration
- Monitor driver activation rates and optimize recruitment processes
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports for management review
- Represent ACI at local job fairs and industry events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1+ years in marketing/recruitment
- Strong communication and persuasive skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid SIM C with clean driving record
- Experience in transportation/logistics industry preferred
- Proficiency in digital onboarding tools and mobile apps
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements
- Basic knowledge of East Java geography (especially Surabaya-Waru area)
