You will represent Restomart's world-class kitchen solutions to key institutional decision-makers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, target, and secure high-value commercial kitchen equipment projects within the Hospital, Education, and Institutional sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, technical presentation, and proposal submission to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to expand Restomart's market presence across Bali and Nusa Tenggara (Nusra).
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with project developers, procurement officers, hospital administrators, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project management, design, and engineering teams to ensure custom solutions meet client specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new project opportunities within the region.
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates, market feedback, and forecast reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B project sales, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, HORECA supplies, or medical/hospital devices.
  • Strong existing network within hospitals, educational institutions, or government procurement agencies in the Bali & Nusra region is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, long-cycle B2B projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and Nusa Tenggara for business visits and project evaluations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A and/or SIM C).
