Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share for medical products in the Bekasi region.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and clinic managers.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.
- Regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, territory analysis, and forecasting for management review.
- Participate in medical exhibitions, seminars, and professional workshops to promote brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a Health-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape in Bekasi and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
