Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to acquire new freight forwarding clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare competitive freight quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to management.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent the company brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of import/export procedures, shipping documents, and incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for local client visits.
