Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including air and sea freight documentation and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics solutions.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Freight Cargo Logistics services and attract new clients.
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements in service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and client interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
