As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships, acquiring new freight forwarding accounts, and ensuring seamless logistics solutions for our international clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to expand our client base in international freight forwarding.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for export and import logistics services.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding customs clearance, shipping routes, and logistics documentation.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare competitive sales proposals, freight quotes, and logistics service agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the Jakarta logistics market.
- Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Marketing, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record with at least 4 years of experience specifically in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of export-import regulations, Incoterms, and Indonesian custom clearance procedures.
- Excellent proficiency in English (verbal and written) to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and hit monthly sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-service orientation.
