About the Role:
You will be the face of our brand, directly engaging customers and helping them find the perfect laptop, spare part, or accessory. Beyond the sales floor, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from the moment it arrives until it is handed over to a satisfied customer. This includes initial inventory receiving, quality checks, data wiping, OS installations, performance tuning, and aesthetic refurbishment. We believe in learning by doing; comprehensive product and sales training is provided to ensure your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Actively drive sales of laptops, spare parts, and IT accessories to meet individual and store targets.
- Greet, engage, and advise walk-in customers, providing expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Perform comprehensive technical setup of new and pre-owned laptops, including OS installation, software configuration, and hardware diagnostics.
- Conduct quality control inspections and basic refurbishment of used units to ensure they are sale-ready.
- Manage inventory levels on the sales floor, ensuring accurate pricing and attractive product displays.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle basic customer inquiries regarding warranties and technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, laptop models, and competitor products.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in Information Technology or Computer Science is a strong plus.
- Proven passion for laptops, computers, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and sales processes.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications.
- Prior experience in retail sales or technical support is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays as part of a retail schedule.
