Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase insurance product penetration.
- Manage and nurture relationships with Corporate, Agent, Leasing, and Banking partners.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert product consultation to clients, ensuring they receive the best insurance coverage for their needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation are welcome to apply; prior experience in insurance is a plus.
- Possession of professional certifications (AAAIK, AAIK, or CGI) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Must possess a valid SIM A driving license.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a target-oriented environment.
