Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion and retention
- Design and execute promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics to optimize team efficiency
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing management
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset for market opportunity identification
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for diverse stakeholder engagement
