Emsonic Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Marketing Staff to join our growing team in Bekasi. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. You'll manage critical shipment bookings and quotations, generate insightful sales reports and forecasts, and maintain accuracy in our GLOP system. Your expertise will extend to updating ERP data, sharing vital documents with EMHQ, and professionally resolving customer claims to maintain our high service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage shipment bookings and client quotations efficiently
- Create comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for strategic planning
- Oversee GLOP system operations and data integrity
- Update and maintain ERP system documentation
- Coordinate document sharing with EMHQ headquarters
- Handle and resolve customer claims professionally
- Support cross-departmental communication and alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing/sales support roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and GLOP software
- Strong analytical skills for report generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail in documentation processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
