In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of marketing representatives, driving the growth of our electronics financing portfolio. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with electronics merchants, and ensuring that our team meets and exceeds performance targets in the local market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing representatives to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase market penetration for electronics financing in the Palopo area.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships with local electronics retailers and merchants.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Maintain high levels of operational compliance and data integrity within the sales team.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to regional management.
- Conduct field visits to ensure service quality and merchant relationship satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in the multifinance or electronics retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on target achievement and market development.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits across the Palopo region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal sales reporting tools.
