Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive revenue growth across various platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the admin team to ensure daily operational excellence and high-quality customer service.
- Optimize product listings, including SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and high-quality imagery to increase conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events in coordination with platform account managers.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous performance improvement.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain a high store rating through proactive resolution and professional communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in managing marketplace accounts (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote or on-site team.
- Proficiency in analyzing e-commerce data and utilizing analytical tools to drive decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce SEO, and promotional tactics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a result-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Indonesian and English.
