Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a variety of professional massage services and body treatments, including but not limited to Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone massages.
- Assess client needs and preferences, and adapt massage techniques and pressure accordingly to ensure a personalized and effective treatment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room and spa environment, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend suitable home care practices or future treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure timely arrival for all client bookings.
- Actively listen to client feedback and address any concerns professionally and courteously to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other wellness team members to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Valid certification or diploma from an accredited massage therapy school or institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a spa, resort, or wellness center setting.
- Thorough knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques and their contraindications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong commitment to client confidentiality, professional ethics, and outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
