Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end master data management solutions
- Define data governance policies and quality control frameworks
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities
- Develop SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data standards and metadata management
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement corrective actions
- Document data management processes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or MDM implementation
- Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality methodologies
- Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, IBM MDM, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Certification in data management or related field is preferred
